Get in touch
Contact me, via email or phone, and tell me about your pets(s). I work from photos, so you can send me photos (the more the better!) or, if you live locally, I can meet your pet and take my own. I can work directly from one of your favorite photos, or get all the details I need from multiple photos and create my own pose and setting.
Size, Format, and Price
Based on the photos I receive from you, I'll make suggestions on a size and format for the portrait. Prices range between $350 and $800, depending on the number of animals in the photo, the level of detail desired (i.e. face vs. entire body), and the size of the panel. Please contact me for a custom portrait price list. If you have a specific size or format in mind, let me know.
Agreement and Deposit
Once we decide on the photos and the panel size I'll be using, I will send you my commission agreement. Upon receiving the signed agreement and a 50% deposit (check or paypal transaction) from you, I'll begin working on the portrait.
Timing
As the painting progresses, I will provide updates and digital photos via e-mail until the final work is completed. Most portraits take 3 - 6 weeks. If you need the painting for a special deadline, such as Christmas or a birthday, please contact me and I'll do my best to accommodate your request.
